    It's a great pleasure working here
    The good thingsThey will guide you in whatever you will be needing in work. The employees here are good enough to have the best working environment. You will learn more about Engineering procedures most specially when it comes to planning different activities of an oil and gas industry. The Special Project Manager is really great for he's the one molding everyone; from the Cadet Engineer, to Field Engineer/Planner, to QC staffs, HSE staffs, Reliability staffs and others. The management knows their limits and are able to handle difficulties at work.

    Working in PRESAM makes your career and experience better.
    The good thingsYou will learn a lot because you will do on your own procedure that suit on your work scope, Manager are sometimes good but not at all, it will always depend on the mood. You will enjoy because you have a work life balance because they don't consider overtime.
    The challengesIn my opinion, is my salary and behavior of my work mates. They have their owned perspective when it comes managing people. The challenge also is your working only with the documents because they don't have still any project. also the challenges is their office location, if you don't have service or vehicle, it so hard to go on your work.
