Terrible experience with their pre employment training The good thingsThe company provides coaching during the training period.
Trainers are supportive and give guidance to help improve performance.
The pre-employment process is structured and organized.
The challengesI joined the pre-employment training for the Admin Assistant/Company Driver position expecting to complete the 20-day training program and gain proper experience. Coaching was provided during the training, which I appreciated.
However, only a few days after receiving coaching, I was given a failed trainee evaluation and my training was discontinued before I could complete the full training period.
As a trainee, initial errors should be part of the learning process. I was hoping to be given enough time to apply the coaching and improve, but I felt like there was no room for mistakes or growth during the training process.
I invested almost 3 months in the pre-screening and shouldered personal expenses during the process, so it was disappointing that the training ended so quickly.
Future applicants may want to be prepared for a very strict evaluation process during the training phase.
