    A Job That Made a Difference
    The good thingsI recently worked with PHC and was really impressed. From the start the team was super friendly and professional. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure everything was handled smoothly. BENEFITS ARE CHEF KISS! THEY ARE GENEROUS! Communication was great throughout, and they really went above and beyond to deliver high-quality results. It’s clear they care about their clients. PHC has honed me to be the best version of me as an accountant. Im now working abroad bringing what this company has thought me.
    The challengesI think the office if they could expand and make it more alive. More meeting rooms and private stations.

    Save yourself. Anywhere but here.
    The good thingsCan hardly remember any. Working here is full of challenges. You have to be tough, patient, and must be willing to be micromanaged.
    The challengesYou will eventually start to doubt your capabilities because of how the management gaslights. You better think again prior joining the team. Working here is mentally and emotionally tiring.

    The good thingsSalary at first is good but opportunity for career advancement is a so-so
    The challengesWorking here is nothing but mentally and emotionally exhausting. Most especially if you’ll be working closely or directly with the director. Tasks are manageable but her micromanagement makes it difficult.

    Great company but I think this is not for me.
    The good thingsGreat to start you career here. They will welcome and train you even if you dont have Au experience. Wednesday activities and Friday treats are my favourites. They offer great incentives and management always make sure to keep in touch with you. They really help employees even pandemic hit most of the companys and try to do thing to keep everyone employed.
    The challengesUsual stress compare to other companies but timesheets are really stressful especially if you have no control on your upcoming tasks and dependent on your higher team. Laptop/PC tracking is a bit stressful to maintain as this will be one of the basis of your productivity (can't make mouse away from me as you will be tagged as idle).

    The challengesI dislike feedback at first but it worked out best for me in the long run. I was able to sort my personal issues and not mix it with my work. I am not morning person too but if you are, this company is the best for you.
