    The challengesAs with any company, you need to manage your own workload and time otherwise you will drown and die at PPD. If you are a person who need baby sitting then please don't go to PPD.

    The challengesMaybe it was just the pandemic and the work from home set-up. I missed the human interaction with my colleagues.

    The challengesLack of concern from management, poor work life balance, lack of real opportunities not only for your career, but also for personal growth. Flexible work hours and work from home is a trap. No overtime pay.

    It was a great experience working in this company.
    The good thingsManagement will not let you go down. They provide a lot of trainings to all newbies and also give training for the ones who worked for a long time as a refresher. They will help you improve your skills and provide a very clear career path. Also, all employees work as a team.
    The challengesThe work is very challenging tho. Still it was a good experienced and learnings.

    Good company with benefits, but for other departments
    The good thingsThere were some really good managers and colleagues. The pantry has everything you will need. Really good benefits and greatly above average # of VL per year compared to other companies. Because it is very challenging to work in my department, I experienced what I needed to be a more mature and better employee.
    The challengesToo much workload that you would usually need to perform overtime work, hence very little to no work-life balance if you don't want to have escalations. The workload is not evenly distributed among employees.
