    Micro-managing the business
The good thingsIf you are keen on being looked out or having someone to correct every work you do, then this is the place for you! The owner tends to check every work to assure that everything is up to her standards and to make sure that the flow of the company is well-managed.
The challengesOne remote, which works for all aircondition, has to be kept by the admin, and by the time you need it, a lot of times, it went missing. Also, it's hard to move freely because the place is divided by window glasses.

    Micro-management
The good thingsThe owner likes to check every work and updates related to the company to assure that everything is according to her standards. Co-workers are nice and try to be nice to you as much as business-related stuffs are concerned.
The challengesSince the place is only covered by window glasses, there is hardly a privacy.

    New Horizons!
The good thingsGiven the previous reviews, management has undergone several changes that have benefited both the employees and the company overall. The diversity of the company and its continuous initiative to further improve in all aspects is one of the exciting developments that applicants and future employees should consider.
The challengesThe company underwent several changes which was an INITIAL struggle for some but the overall development of the whole company has made it a respectable and great place to work at!

    Work without progress...
The good thingsThe employees of ppc are very accomodating people and esp. in my department. Very cooperative people and most of them are helpful in many ways.
The challengesYou have to learn to do your own HR work when you come and work here. There is no fix hr personnel to handle your HR needs. You have to also be ready for a semi authoritative micro minded higher management system. Mortality rate of changing employees is also rampant here at ppc which projects a bad image on loyalty and disatisfaction on their work for employees. Almost every month there are employees who resign.

    Working with PPC Asia Group
The good thingsThe potential of the business is big and products and services offered by the company are of good quality.
The challengesA lot of improvement is needed on HR services and compensation and benefits of employees. The HR department in this company is very weak and you can not expect much support after your engagement. Even standard loan applications such as SSS & Pag-ibig are being personally processed by employees who are forced to be absent for 1 or 2 days just to go submit their documents to the mentioned agencies so they can avail of their loan. No formal evaluation process is being done for employees even those who are already up for regularization if you do not demand this from HR. The processes in this company are also very weak in the sense that policies are being changed based on the whims and fancy of the owners. Managers and employees are not empowered and even those who deliver results get to be kicked out of the company depending on the mood of the owners. Maturity in terms of handling people is lacking in this company. Any professional wanting to join this group should prepare either to get a major disruption in their career or just tend to waste their time putting in a lot of effort but to no avail and at the end management will just look at you as a non-performer.

    Regional Sales Manager
The good thingsThe owners husband and wife being supportive is a good check and balance to the rigidity and fixated minds of senior executives.
The challengesmanagement system and policy documentations or the bible of the organization need to be further improved and be put in writing.for example the business processes are just simply in the brains of selected leaders. thus, in the event the valued employee leaves or a new hiree starts, the learning curve is quite elaborated since there is no ready template or established written processes.
