    The good thingsFunctional leaders are very empowering and allow you to work on your own. Distance does not hinder them from checking on you and giving their support if you need it.
    The challengesLocal Management needs to support the people instead of controlling them.

    A holistic and great training experience.
    The good thingsAs an intern, I was given relevant tasks that were not micro-managed and was trusted to make my own decisions for the sake of any project I was handling. I did not feel like any work I was given was not relevant and everything I was tasked with had given me great insight on the field and has good value.
    The challengesWorking with them was very challenging because of the fast-paced environment but it did not give any negative stress to me. The hours are quite irregular but it was manageable.

    Good organization to learn and grow your career
    The good things- There is free rice everyday, lols - Colleagues are friendly once you get to know them. - The company is doing their best to provide career growth to their employees. - Relaxed office environment. - Challenging but rewarding tasks. - Getting exposure to new technologies. - The experience alone contributed a lot to the growth of my career.
    The challenges- The network infrastructure can challenging and stressful sometimes, but once you resolved an issue, the experience is priceless. - Paid parking slot for motorcycle within the building can be a little bit hard to obtain. - The rotating shifting schedule is a challenge for me sometimes.

    The challengesClients can be hard to reach at times. There are areas of improvemenr unfortunately the change is not as fast paced as it should be. Dress code is crazy even the regulations are crazy all in all still a good employer

    Great Place to work!
    The good thingsThe people here are great! They work professionally and appreciate the each and everyone's contribution. Work ethics is good. Top management can be reached easily. Compensation and benefits are great as well. I would say they offer competitive package to the candidate.
