    The challengesDuring the pandemic, employees are given less hours with less pay but expects 100% output. Unfair treatment by the management with full of promises that will never come true.

    The challengesone hour break: 30 mins lunch break, 2 of 15 mins coffee break for Am and PM. total of 1 hr. They don't know how to smile. They treats you depend on your position. Hot Production Area. Workers not comfortable. Workers looks like inmate.

    My health is at risk due to my working environment.. i feel weak at tired lately.

    The good thingsThe good things about this company is that i don't have to take my work at home; what you do in your office, stays only at the office. Plus, your co-employees are very approachable. You will encounter different types of people here; from factory workers to the top managers. Overall, the experience here is great.
    The challengesThe company needs to follow the emerging trends in technology, as well as the changing preferences of customers and employees. Ponderosa is already well-established in its 35 years of manufacturing baseball gloves and hockey gears, so it must continue to innovate its facilities and train its employees in order to have a great reputation to its employees and stand out from its competitors.
