    The challengesSometimes... selective mentoring. Working in here is like a mystery, you have to find answers on your own until everything gets wrong.

    The good thingsI had enjoyed working with those people who tells their inspiring stories and who offers to help. I had enjoyed in our Christmas party there because there are plenty of foods from our employer. I had enjoyed in our summer outing in a good resort with plenty of foods, we also enjoyed singing and cooking barbecues from our employers money. They are fun loving employees and they have office uniform.
    The challengesThey need to increase their salary offer to new hires and to its employees.
