GREAT AVENUE TO LEARN AND EXPLORE CAREER OPPORTUNITIESThe good thingsSince this is a start-up organization. I joined the organization 9 months ago and still here currently, I must say that the organization has been very good at giving the people a way to reinvent and explore themselves. They keep continuous learning across the organization. They provide assistance when the pandemic hits from the accommodation, food, transport, and other support which very much fulfilling that an organization invests so much to its people. Everyone else is engaged with the job as well as multi-skilled individuals aiming the same goal and still looking for ways to improve and contribute. Overall, this is the organization has been really good for my professional growth.
The challengesThe things that should be worked out are the aspect where a normal startup with struggles like resources, policies, and others which I can see that it's a work in progress for everyone else. Everyone contributes to make this organization a place to achieve something BIG.
