    I have been working here for years and I must say that PNV Offers very competitive salary and incentives.
    The good thingsThe company offers very competitive salary and incentives, has nice co-workers and user-friendly LMS.
    The challengesyou can have numerous students. it is sometimes tiring but the company compensates your hard work. More students means bigger student incentives.

    The good thingsThe company provides support to enhance your skill set. Schedules allow you to have a work-life balance. There is trainer's coaching session time to time.

    The good thingsMost professional, most ambitious and fastest growing ESL company I've been with. The pay is high, the company is recognized for hiring good teachers.

    I am truly satisfied with working at PNV Online English.
    The good thingsI've working at the company for over 3 years now. I like the relaxed and cozy working environment. Lesson materials are varied and relevant. Teachers get to learn valuable information and ideas from the materials as well. Management is approachable and pretty considerate. Salary is performance based. I have met several interesting, amiable and engaging students. They often make my job easy.
    The challengesPenalties - We should get at least 50 % re-enrollment rate every month. If we fail, we get penalized, salary deduction. Strict rules Work load- the number of classes is dis-proportioned. Some teachers get a lot, while the others don't.
