    The good thingsStudents are very respectful, co workers are competitive in a good manner. The environment is relaxing at the same time you can expand good network of people. The company encourage new graduates to become part of the family.

    The challengesI always enjoy my work at PNTC Colleges but my salary is low thats why I'm seeking for another job.Even though I'm regular here, we dont have yearly increase in salary.
