Driller- In charge all the machinery in the Rig floor, Moon pool, Shale Shaker, Mud Pump room, Drill and Monitor the well, Supervise Drilling Crew, Implement the OHSE and Maintenance Manual Policy of the Company.

Was a very good company and working environment as I work with more than 10 nationalities, The Company is the only Drilling Contractor in Indonesia.
The good thingsThe paycheck, Travel allowance, The perfect Equipment and my Crew.
The challengesOn my first hitch was a very challenging with the Oil&Gas Well that behave badly need to be familiar with the Parameters.

The good thingsGood working environment with professional employees. You get the benefits of both government and private company. Working hours is only 8 hrs 5 days a week with no Saturdays.
The challengesCompany management is conservative in a way that project development is slow. It somehow affects the professional growth of its employees.
