    The good thingsSubscribers calling us/me in particular liked me so much because according to them ` i`m very friendly, acommodating, nice voice (with a smile) and more importantly i know what they need as a subscriber and i gave it to them immediately. i`m very patient, too and really loved my job as a telephone operator because without them the subscribers we won`t receive high salary with lots of benefits.
    The challengesi regret when i`ve availed the Redundancy Program that the company offered us. given the chance, ` I WON`T DO IT ` again. i`l stay with them.
