    Platinum Outsourcing suits those seeking dayshift or hybrid CSR roles.
    The good things Good Points: Good work-life balance Dayshift schedule Some accounts offer weekends off Hybrid setup available These are strong advantages, especially for employees who prefer a more balanced schedule compared to the typical graveyard BPO shift.
    The challengesAreas for Improvement: PEME: The company does not cover the cost of the pre-employment medical exam, which could be improved to support new hires. Facilities: Office and restroom facilities need renovation. Fixtures are low quality, and spaces like the pantry are small and crowded. Training: Training is fast-paced and not batch-style. Employees quickly handle calls while doing admin tasks, which may be difficult for beginners. Coaching: Limited structured coaching. Feedback focuses more on attendance than skill development. KPI: Attendance is heavily prioritized, and performance evaluations may not always seem fully objective.

    Satisfied as of the moment
    The good things The schedule and off are fixed. The People and the Boss are friendly and they have lots activities in the company fun run, sport fest, free massage every quarter, fun games every last day of the month.
    The challengesHigh suggest to have they own clinic/ nurse in the office. Maybe they will provide this soon.

    My Platserv Experience ReviewI absolutely love working at Platserv! What stands out most is the incredible support system - from our inspiring leaders and caring managers to the helpful IT team and wonderful clients. They provide exceptional professional guidance while also prioritizing our mental wellbeing. The work-life balance here is truly exceptional - probably the best I've experienced in my career. I'm particularly grateful for the fun and engaging company events like the Sports Fest and manager dinner meetings. These activities really help strengthen our team spirit and make Platserv a great place to work. Constructive Feedback: At this moment, I honestly don't have any negative feedback to share. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive across all aspects of the organization. Overall: Platserv has created an ideal work environment that fosters both professional growth and personal wellbeing. I'm proud to be part of this team!

    Overall, I’m satisfied with the company—its culture, the workload, and the environment. No company is perfect, but working at Platserv has been a good experience. I’m especially grateful for the work-life balance it allows, which is a rare find in the BPO industry. Having a dayshift schedule is a real blessing, and dealing with our clients and customers has generally been smooth, giving me peace of mind at work.

    The challengesOne downside is the limited facilities and the short lunch break. Thirty minutes feels too rushed if you still need to line up at the cafeteria. Not much of a problem though if you’re the type to bring or prepare your meals in advance.

    Working at PlatservPH gave me more time to spend with my family due to the work schedule. The managing director, COO, and site lead are incredible. They give me the freedom to work in a way that suits me best. Same goes with everyone in the leadership team and operations team. All of them are very dynamic, supportive, polite and approachable.
    The good thingsI like how everyone upholds a strong sense of professionalism in the workplace especially the leadership team encourages transparency and approachability to all, creating an open door environment where everyone’s views are valued.
    The challengesCurrently, we do not have designated sleeping areas for those who enjoy taking a nap during their break.

    The company is excellent. Our COO is super cool, he treats us like we're all equals. He always checks in to see how we’re doing in the company, and he’s very responsive as well. There are events and activities that really encourage you to participate. The work-life balance is outstanding, with an early schedule that lets you finish early and still have time to do whatever you want for the rest of the day.
    The good thingsWe have a responsive HR staff, IT staff, and Finance team. Also, the site, shift, and line leads are exceptional, they won't leave you behind and genuinely care about your well-being. The environment here is great, the people are incredibly kind, and you can really build camaraderie.
    The challengesThere’s a lack of facilities such as a clinic, sleeping quarters, and a gym, but I know there will be improvements in the coming months or years.

    Overall, the company could improve in areas of management and better handling of people. HR has been lacking in a lot of areas.
    The good thingsShift schedule is good.
    The challengesYou need to be employed with them for 6 months before you can use your unplanned leave. Training is not sufficient (you'll only be trained for a week) but your team lead expects a lot from you. Company location has no access to carendiria and the only option is to buy from concessionaires which is quite pricey. Backpay was late and HR is not communicative, you have to follow up before they process it. When I resigned, I need to be the one asking for the process of clearance. I even thought the clearance was done but turns out, you need to delete your google account before they could complete the clearance - which they told me after my effective date of resignation so the date of my backpay was moved even further. This is not a people first company and you can feel it the moment you enter the office.
