    Flexible Setup, But Lacked Transparency
    The good thingsRemote Work Flexibility: The company offers the opportunity to work from home, which greatly supports employees who value flexibility and work-life balance. Global Exposure: Being part of an international team allows you to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
    The challengesJust be careful because when they suddenly want to remove you from the company, they will make you feel like you’re constantly falling short, even if no serious issues were raised before.

    The whole team is amazing and supportive!
    The good thingsI love working with these people. The culture is great. They promote work-life-balance and prioritize mental health! They have an amazing global workforce who's supportive, appreciative and very kind people. Even the slightest idea is being heard and making sure that there is a career development.
    The challengesWorking remotely -- yes! It could be a challenge too since most of us are working remotely, it's hard to make connections and sometimes we have this 'zoom fatigue' already with all the meetings.

    Orange energy is real - it's the best place to work!
    The good thingsThey weren't kidding when they talk about orange energy. It's a vibrant community of innovative and talented people. I feel pretty proud of the products we produce.
    The challengesIt's exciting and challenging to work across different time zones and regions. It's just a matter of perspective to look at this positively.
