    It feels like a family
    The good thingsA positive work environment where colleagues encourage each other. We also went on a trip to Europe with 30 other employees as an incentive trip. During Christmas season, we get a Christmas package, bonuses and a fun Christmas party.
    The challengesSo far, there has not been a negative experience or challenge I have gone through with the company. Although it would be nice if they would allow the employees to work from home if really necessary and if the work could be done out of office.

    The challengesAs a professional and licensed, some challenges encountered are working some tasks not related to your job description, compulsory to attend non-work related events, asking for contributions/solicitations which make you feel guilty if you didn't contribute, inconsistencies on evaluation and disciplinary actions.
