    My Pizza Hut Experience
    The good thingsWorking in Pizza Hut as a manager gave me a broad experience when it comes to managing people, being flexible. My experience with the company developed mu decision making and sense of urgency. Pizza hut is a stable company with plenty of long term opportunities. Management is involved, and knowledgeable about day to day operations .They take care of their employees and their families.
    The challengesPay is far below comparable industries and private sector. Majority of employees and management place work above personal lives and expect everybody else to do the same. HR has more control than senior management over hiring and promotions. But, overall, Pizza Hut is a very good company. I will still recommend friends and relatives to work here. They are fair and just with their policies.
