    Management plays favoritism and creates a toxic work environment where its a dog-eat-dog world.
    The good thingsThe people from other departments.
    The challengesThe ENTIRE management. No room for career growth, salary increase is a big joke, and the blatant favoritism creates a work place culture of pulling everyone down.

    The good thingsNone, I cannot identify a specific good thing about this employer.
    The challengesPoor work culture and environment. Lacking in resources to do actual tasks and tries so hard to please certain clients. Branch head oversteps boundaries, in work and in the personal lives of employees. For a company that prides as one of the top insurance providers, it lags behind its competitors, in service and employee welfare.

    The challengesHybrid setup, Worklife balance, Low Salary. No space for you in the office you need to go to other floors to have a seat. No career development all seminars and trainings are more focus on insurances.

    Almost none concern to all telesales staff. Higher management does not acknowledge problems nor listen. It's always à blaming game coming from head of this division

    The challengesNone of your concern will be addressed. Sales is all that matters without giving back to staff. Management is ridiculously impossible to deal with since most of them are close minded on any issues.

    The Company had a great and competitive skills to guide there employees. But eventually some of employees had a scheme to create a bad environment to new employees.
    The good thingsSalary wise, the Manager is double standard basis. The co employees are always competitive and enthusiastic.

    The challengesThe work is very challenging but the co-workers will give you more challenge as you blend in them making you hide your true self, here in my work place my co-workers aren't that professional.
