    Fast pace.
    The good thingsAt first, I enjoy working with the team for the purpose of helping them to decreased their receivables and we did it. I help them to make the sending of automated billing. Fortunately I gain a lesson for life. If you know who you are, you don't need others approval. Do what you ought to do.
    The challengesFrom time to time we are re assigned to different work duties and location. Later on, it becomes confusing. Eventually many become tired and leaved. Some people step on your back just to make themselves better. That makes me more tiring.

    The good thingsThe company really invests heavily in the development of its people and business partners. I work with the company as part of its distribution network and I can say that I have been treated well beyond what I expected. It's very generous with it comes to perks as long as standards are met, which earned my respect.
    The challengesAt this point, there's actually nothing that I did not enjoy about the company. There are definitely challenges in my working / business relationship with Pioneer Life Inc., but it is never too major to affect how I relate with the company and its people.

    The good thingsyou will be training and empowering people about life insurance and the importance and significance of it in our daily lives. Life is full of uncertainties. you should know and learn the policies and its products because you will be the one who will teach the newly recruits. So know your words very well
    The challengestransition is tough since i came from a pharmaceutical industry for 11 years and this is the first time i am involve in life insurance. But i always believe that everything is a process, i am a fast learner and have a good communication skills.experience is our best teacher and somehow it is teaching me as of the very moment.
