    Minimal support, extreme intervention.
    The good thingsNone. People are toxic and very hostile. Not good, especially for fresh grads.
    The challengesBossess are immature, unprofessional and power tripping all the time. Colleagues, especially the old timers are lazy and unwilling to lend a hand or share information.

    From Simple to Complicated
    The good thingsMy boss is great. I like my job. Many opportunities to gain experience, learn new things, and explore possibilities. It toughens you up and prepares you for the challenges to come. Salary is given (most of the time) ahead of schedule. No need to worry that you'll end up jobless the next day because the company's stable.
    The challengesNot happy the way HR handles things. Need to ask (and followup) on ITR, and payslip (for supervisors and up). Too many projects to do, but hardly able to provide resources (e.g. manpower to do the leg work) to realize these projects. No career path for technical ladder.

    The good thingsThis Company provides a very good opportunity for Filipinos. Product are of quality and are capable to compete world wide. They are open to new ideas and knows how to take care of their employees.
    The challengesRCI should establish processes and implement these processes strictly. It is also challenging to work with old timers since they are the ones who find it difficult to accept change or improvement.
