    This is a great place to work, had so much fun working on this company. Leaders were very inspiring and always encourage us to become the best version of ourselves. They would really help you to stand out and learn.

    The good thingsMajor turn on for the company is that they offer a WFH setup, however, it is slowly transitioning into full on-site.
    The challengesMicro managing is very evident working in this company. Managers as well as leaders expect you to provide an extravagant output with just low salary.

    Career acceleration is high!
    The good thingsEmployers are pretty much on hand with their business which is why as an employee you will be emotionally forced to do only the best. As an employee, you will learn a lot not just local but international standard since this is a franchise company from singapore.
    The challengesThe pressure is high since a start-up company will always have few people to work for multiple roles but at the same time, it moulds you to become a better employee & will help you understand a full business spectrum.
