    Good Experience.
    The good thingsEmployees are easy to be with. All are friendly.
    The challengesLow low compensation. An employee with 2-3 years of experience will have a salary of a fresh graduate. Lack of Employee relations and benefits. Employees also don't receive increase on their Salaries even they have been in the company for 5 years already.
