    The good thingsI have been a give-all my life but never asked for anything in return
    The challengesWork place environment issue. Both the physical and the emotional environment of a workplace are important to job satisfaction and employee motivation. Feeling physically uncomfortable or mentally unsupported can be a huge obstacle at work to any member of a workforce. It's particularly important to remember this if your business includes employees who work in a virtual environment, for example at home.

    A rollercoaster ride
    The good thingsThere are so many good things at Picazo such as the experience, knowledge and skills that you can gain or improve. You will also be able to discover more of yourself. I am just a year working there but i already learn a lot. It was an eye opener for me what working really is. Good people are also in Picazo. Picazo also offer bonuses that will surely satisfy your heart and your pocket.
    The challengesPicazo is a well-known firm that's why its important for us to always meet our clients expectations. We often work overtime just to ensure that all of the requirements are met, especially if it is for a specific project. Despite the challenges, we still manage to overcome it and give our clients the satisfactory service they deserve. Its not only pur clients' achievement but also ours.

    The good thingsThe law firm provided me with my own room due to the nature of my work, they also gave me the corresponding office supplies needed such as laptop, load allowance, reimbursable expenses that is charged to the office. This office has provided me the opportunity to build my connections and expose me to various practices in the field of law. If you are really getting yourself into law and enhance the skills that you have, I suggest to work here.
    The challengesIt was somehow difficult for me at first being a fresh graduate, working with seasoned employees, also getting along with some of them was a challenge since we all have different sets of values. Working with the lawyers is a great experience if you are really getting into law.
