    The challengesVery low salary for licensed engineers. Employee with no professional licensed sometimes higher than the licensed Engineers.

    The good thingsThis company opened my eyes to reality. Well, that's the purpose of internship. But, it made me observe and work things out better.
    The challengesCommunication and the time-frame(School protocols). We had to squeeze in everything within 2 months of my work there. I wish had a longer time to work with them.

    The challengesSalary is quiet small. Some employees are hardworking and loyal but they are not giving a chance to promote and give a good salary.
