My Phoenix ExperienceThe good thingsWell, one of the good things that i enjoyed while working in Phoenix is the people that I've worked with. You learn a lot from them, not only about work but also about life. Its actually one of the reasons why i stayed too. You can go and complain about your work and stuff but having the right kind of people could help you a lot.
The challengesI found it challenging to have dual roles. Although the company did mention that my secondary role would be temporary, it did take a long time before it was assigned to somebody else. Also, while i was doing that role, i was not compensated enough.
