    OVERLOAD TASKS
    The good thingsI am really appreciated the way the Boss and all our Department Head kindness and how they treat and support the needs of their employees, although the years go by our company benefits are little bit gone.
    The challengesThe challenges in the company for example. the overload tasks are really good for me because i supposed to overcome those tasks even in a short period of days and i really appreciated those things because it gave to me a lot of opportunities to do well and to become good to our boss.

    Open work environment, so it can get loud. Team is a blast to work with, and the management is great. Great place to intern at, and likely a great place to start or continue forward in a career.

    The company believes in division of work.
    The good thingsThe only company who promotes community development activities, affordable housing for Filipinos, very nice and reasonable bosses. Fun working environment.
    The challengesSince the property is affordable housing many of the clients/ unit owners are first time condo owners who are not use to live by the rules and not use to pay dues and assessment. Stressful clients

    The challengesWell, the challenge is my travel time. it took me for like 2 hours or more I guess to reach the office destination and also you have to walk for a bit fr before you reached the office because it was just along the EDSA.

    The good thingsThe work is quite easy to handle. Good and friendly staff, they make sure that every clients and owners of the said realty are in good condition. Every workers are in good terms. In fact they know each other that much even they are miles apart.
    The challengesThe assessment on dealing with workers and company salaries and other related benefits. The coordination of work load that must be properly distributed to different departments must also be considered for a continuous flow of human resource.
