    Only stay in this company because of the benefits
    The good thingsHas good benefits same as other banks
    The challengesVery low salary (slightly above minimum wage) especially if you are fresh grad or have less experience. Promotion is based from seniority and not from performance so expect slow growth. OT due to lack of personnel. Power tripping and micromanagement.

    I learned a lot of things about banking and financing in this company. It's a great experience for me to work there.
    The good thingsWorking at Philtrust Bank made me a strong and idealistic person. They taught me teamwork, discipline and camaraderie without disregarding accuracy at work. They have great benefits like Medical Insurance and Bonuses. I was able to experience staying for a night at Manila Hotel when I did my job interview and exam for free. They even paid my plane ticket to make sure I'll be able to take my exam.
    The challengesThe daily tasks were very challenging. I needed to be at the office before everybody arrive. I needed to be accurate, careful and fast in all the things that I'm doing because I have limited time. The risk of going out of the bank with millions of money assigned for safekeeping so that our clients are happy. Smiling even though exhausted and drained. Meeting reports deadlines were stressful.
