The good thingsWorking here is a very good start for your career most especially if you're a fresh graduate. They give you training to enhance your skills. I also had a nice and friendly colleagues and we are helping each other when it comes to work.
The challengesThe challenges that I encountered here is the difficult clients but with the help of my colleagues and the guidance of my supervisor I learned how to deal with those type of clients.

The good thingsLot's training for self development and career growth. Family relationship with co employee's and bosses. new look of the office. Innovative ideas for better relations with customer and handling new software.
The challengesDescribing what i found difficult in the philscan was that to have a better possition and sometimes to adapt new advanced learnings from switching to new software and advanced technologies used for invoicing.
