    The good thingsThe good things as my experience as Purchaser was teamwork and harmonious relationship both head of the department and end user for having good environment in the company as well of the supplier to having a favor like fast track the delivery due to urgency.
    The challengesThere a lot of challenging moments as being a purchaser, but you need to keep motivated to your team to keep on RFQ and PO monitored on time. If the items that having a discrepancy you need to raised the problem both end user and supplier to having a counter measures to solved the problems in the item.

    The good thingsCo-employees are very kind and approachable. The company is also good not only in safety aspects but also on environmental aspects.
    The challenges10 hrs working in the company with 1 hr lunch break. Start on 7am and ends on 5pm. Very tiring yet I learned a lot during my stay.
