Regarding My 5 Months Working Period In The CompanyThe good thingsCompared to the previous company, the management has given chance for employee to remedy the mistake. But, the status is still under-probation. Okay. in my period, the company is not that big company, they cutting short of expenses, so the employees should adjust to the working environment setting. For example, the company would cut short for the electricity costs, then the company management would explain that to the employees, and the employees would follow the management's lead. There is a good salary benefits if you stay longer in the company. A big plus if you are CPA graduate. If you are a CPA graduate, or even a BS-Accountancy Graduate, there is a chance for you to get promotion.
The challengesThe company has high hiring in sales, whether it is Sales secretary or Sales Executive, the company would focus on that area. If you are competitive sales agent, you would get the promotion, commissions and benefits. Because it is in your end that you could stay in the job. It is your capability. If you are a newbie and you are not familiar with sales. But, you have technical skills, probationary status would be provided unless you would improve to stay longer in your job. It is in your end if you are skillful and competitive, you can aim your long stay in the company.
