It is great experienced but i have to aim greener pasture for my professional advancement.The good thingsWorking with farmers is one of the most challenging job yet exciting because they learn from me while I am also learning their old practices in farming. This company is a good example of employer that care but some I have to secure also my future that is why i am looking for greener pasture..
