    The good thingsThere are a lot of things that one can learn in getting into this company. Technical knowledge is one. Having exposed to different fields of the industry will make you're confident level high. You can also interact with different kinds of people. Exposure to different facets of life and kinds of people will make you stronger as a person. One has to be prepared as this is the real world.
    The challengesHuman resource and development has to be strengthen. A qualified and knowledgeable HR person should have to be in placed to make the working environment conducive and draw strong motivation to the people. The Work place has to be designed properly to be inviting.
