    Fast-paced environment
The good thingsThe company culture and environment is good. Co-workers help you on tasks you might be having difficulties with.
The challengesFacilities, office premises are not much so pleasing. Location is far from other commercial sites, might have difficulty in transportation. Also, you might have to work long hours because of the workload

If you want a stable career, skip this one.
The good thingsEmployees here are nice especially the HRs. Good working culture.
The challengesNo OT. No career advancement. Top management doesn't care for worn out equipment or furniture. Unreasonable target.

If your looking entry level or for earning experience, 1 or 2 years is enough for this company
The good thingsAll the benefits are good and I considered it the best from other companies, but you have to ask for it for you to have it.
The challengesI have to work on my own without any assistance from your manager and supervisor. If they know you are good in your job, they'll give it all to you and leave it all to you

The challengesThe challenges that the PVC took is how the competitors get rid pf them. How the competitors have the same management the PVC had.

    Great place to work
The good thingsSo far, I see that this company has a great culture and a friendly environment. Moreover, there are a lot of benefits to enjoy when you become a regular employee and the people are very welcoming.
The challengesIt would be best if the company will invest more on their learning and development programs and career growth. But right now, the company is starting to craft learning programs that will help employees grow personally and professionally.

    Love Our Vending Experience
The good thingsWe have a great owner of the company which is believe in God and trust his company with his own hands which was written in our company mission. We have yearly performance evaluation which is other companies doesn't have right now. Monthly incentives, educational assistance and other benefits. Profit sharing every December aside from 13th month pay.
The challengesThe company still continues to grow so you should have the ability to be flexible and patient. Hardwork is really should be the key to perform well in the company.
