    They offer low salary for employees and most employees are overworked
    The good thingsThey give twice the amount of your monthly salary during christmas and have mid year bonus for their employees. They are also generous during christmas parties.
    The challengesEmployees do not have social lives and the salary will not compensate for the stress you will gain.

    Every company have own characteristic, my previous company is manning agency, seaferers, they recruit the qualified seaman to deploy in various pricipal in order to give good service, they treat well & support whats need.
    The good thingsThe good things is the people you communicate, they accept you as long you treat them like they want.
    The challengesThe challenge is learn the job of others even if not your job description & they will assign the position if the staff is leave,. Thats why multi tasking enter.

    Workload and pressure according to my position is intense and out of my job description which is not worth it for the wage given.
    The good thingsLearn new things, adapt to intensive situation which requires immediate decision-making and action when you know your boss' reporting time/arrival is in the afternoon and remains unreachable during morning. Learn to act faster to beat the principal's request/deadline for crewchange.
    The challengesThere are bosses that needs to be more easier to approach regarding the problems, and that always look forward to getting positive results though impossible to happen especially when it involves medical issues of crews/seamen. Usually instructs us to do something without written approval/permission/any email proof of instruction given leading us to the time that we'll be perish at the end
