Production assembly Job Description: 1.PRODUCTION COORDINATOR • Preparing production schedule • Data encoder • Data Filling Job Orders • Procurement Request Local / Export Material need the factory. • Ensuring all stock and inventory is labeled correctly in the production • Labor Relations • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and Sales & customers. • Factory output update in lab control file in Excel sheet. • Maintaining log control (Hardware, Metal Sheet, Dayton). Request • Preparing MRP (Material Received from Production) in ERP SAP System. • Preparing Manual & System Generated GRN for shipments: Local & Foreign Purchases. • Identify areas of improvement and adjust existing work procedures and practices and rectify any constraint in Production management system. • Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project Production & warehouse status. 2.CNC PRESS BRAKE BENDING MACHINE OPERATOR • Clean first the working placed area before starting the work. • Check the machine if a good condition before running the machine • Check the all program before running the machine • Check the die and punch according to thickness of the material sheet required • First try to bend one-piece for the sample, and check if good or not dimension require as mentioned in the fabrication drawing before to start the mass productions • Check the punched and die parts if this is required for the machine programed, as per the fabrication drawings. • Retrieve the correct as per thickness of material to bend. • Bend parts as per required profile as mentioned in the fabrication drawings. • Check dimension and angels of profile at various stages • While bending parts with louvers, Emboss and countersink be sure to position the formed shape on the inside of profile • If one job order completed means, make tag on tap of the finished parts in each pallet • Clean the machine and work area once the job is completed 3.CNC DECOILER SHEARING CUTTING MACHINE • Clean first the working placed area before starting the work • Check the machine if a good condition before running the machine • Check the all program before starting the machine • Set up the coil sheet metal to the De coiler roller • Try to cut one sheet metal and check length and dimensions required • Identify the coils required material thickness and dimensions • Set the machine to cut the required thickness and dimensions • Start the shearing process as per required dimensions • Check sheared parts at various stages • mention the quantity count in each sheet after shear completed • Be sure to shear as per required quantity • Identify the sheared part like tag SKU number thickness and dimension • Clean the machine and work area once the job is completed
