    Viva PTRI!
The good thingsI enjoyed working with PTRI as a Science Research Specialist I, since they provide me the effective trainings and workload that is deemed necessary in the development and enhancement of natural fiber with the use of indigenous materials, that natural product can deemed useful in the future when the use of synthetic chemicals will be relatively scarce. I enjoyed working with my supportive superiors, colleagues and support staffs.
The challengesChallanges in the work place includes multitasking 3 projects at a time every year not to include some client based requests and other projects and reports that was needed.

The good thingsThe good things in PTRI is that you are doing the job that you love! Research and Innovating as well as Inventing. Creating and Developing new things from out of the traditional technologies of our country. Has a good rapport, conducting of team building activities. Great boss and great colleagues.
The challengesThe challenges in work are deadlines and sometimes unreachable deadlines.

From a merely beginner to a trained and competent research & development staff
The good thingsFor fresh graduates and/or entry level applicants, the office is a very good training ground. You will learn many things and will develop you into a better researcher. Your all-around competitiveness is enhanced.
The challengesIt was difficult to handle many researches at a time. It was tiring and exhausting. What I found challenging is presenting your research results in symposiums and scientific conferences. Meeting deadlines is also challenging.
