    The good thingsYou will make a lot of friends (because you are facing the same problems)
    The challengesManagement is tranditional and very close-minded for a company that helps other companies innovate. Loyalty is demanded from you regardless of your situation. Job description is basically inexistent and you will be forced to do many tasks outside your responsibilities.

    Everything could have been better
    The good things- Opportunities to be involved in different types of research projects - Colleagues are easy to approach for consultation
    The challenges- Departments are understaffed - Escalation of issues are usually not handled properly. It is within your hands to make everything work, so a systematic workflow process is practically non-existent.
