The challengesThe challenges that I've experienced working as an Enumerator involves walking under intense heat, climbing steep roads, and especially when raining. Also, it's very physically tiring, requiring long hours of walking and communicating with other citizens especially in dealing with uncooperative or rude citizens that requires a high degree of patience and communication skills.
