The challengesThe challenges that I had faced was even we don't have supervisor for the past 1-2 years because the branch I had worked was newly opened I still manage to do our daily branch work and I serve as the branch immediate in-charge that time. Then everytime my workmates have concerns they will call me and ask for an advice.
