I would still recommend working at PRA for government experience. The good things* People are kind and accommodating.

* Perks like free food whenever there is an event or celebration, grocery package, medicine kit, paid training, and seminars.
The challenges* Implementation of company rules and regulations.
* High demand for work, but limited human resources.
* Needs improvement in the processing and handling of data confidentiality (and the government's operation, in general).
* Limited opportunity for career growth.
