    The good thingsIt is a well-renowned company with decent pay. The people are nice despite being highly biased. Good place for connections.
    The challengesNo career development in chosen path. Very political environment. Managers with attitude problems. Remove the hierarchy and establish a team instead.

    The good thingsI enjoy working here because of the good ambiance, a high standard quality of the company. they trained well all the staff and give rewards for a higher good service performance for all the staff. by giving the customer a satisfaction of service make them come back.
    The challengesworking under pressure and deal with the irate costumer. more staff so the flow of the operation is good. shift all the staff so they know the flow of the operation the whole day. make the work easy by providing them a good trained as well.

    I learned a lot. It gives me assurance and growth about life.
    The good thingsim a avarege college student when i tried to take ta job in this prestige company. I am very greatful and thankful that my collegues and bosses really understand my situation. They hired me though they need a fulltime member to do duties and shiftings. But they helped and honed me. That is why i fall inlove with them and i felt our store is my 2nd home.
    The challengesAs a student taking part time or full time job is difficult. In my situation, a student in morning and a fulltime team member at night. I travel north to south. Time management and location availability is indeed needed for the working students though you can request to transfer on the nearest branch but it takes time to get the approval of the area coach. And also employees need to have a free meal.

    The good thingsThe ability to carry out tasks quickly and competently. The ability to pick up detailed instructions quickly and follow them closely. Supporting or helping chefs in a specific work section. Be patient in every task given by your boss. Don't panic and always positive. Be kind to your co-workmates.

    Hard but worth working cause its a lot of fun.
    The good thingsMy employer is the manager I was recommended by a friend, he is one of those who gave me a chance to be an team member of the company, being part of this company shows me the real thing about the real world. Real situations that you have to brainstorm in a mere second for answers to a problem in the work sequence. it teach me a lot of things to know about the industry i chose.
    The challengesworking schedules should be monitored and the employees should know how much are they getting monthly, company should give payslips or summary of deductions of salary in a month or in every 15th day payday.

    Great stepping stone
    The good thingspizzahut is a great stepping stone in terms of training. It trains employee to enhance their multitasking ability to which future employer requires or needs. Many of my friends are now have a great career, international or local because pizza hut trained them very well. I started as a team member and now, I am a manager even though I am not a college graduate. They have believe in people.
    The challengesthe challenges I found is that in terms of communication, sometimes because Pizza Hut is a big company they are lacking of 5 C's in good communication. I believe if pizza hut enhance this communication many employees will not leave or even stay in the company more years than I have stayed here.

    The challengesThe Bosses. Pizza Hut is a Standard Company, we must complied with the different accreditation and permit. To comply with this, we need to maintain and prepare in advance for their visitation. I believed you can solve problems within an early respond.
