Working in this company is not that better or best. Its just GOOD.
The good thingsI enjoyed a lot working here. I really saw myself more and developed it nicely. Working in Philcom is a good start for your future. They can train you well. But the salary is very low. For me, it doesnt satisfy my daily needs and support for my parents. But generally, working in the company is a credit to your resume. The name itself is an additional points that will enlighten your resume because it's a well known company.
The challengesToxic workloads. You may encounter pressures and also you may encounter different types of personalities.

    Learning through experience
The good thingsMy previous job experience has a great part of what I am now. I learned a lot and enhanced my skills in the field of Human Resource Management - recruitment and selection, performance management, training development , compensation and benefits & others. I discovered to myself that I can organize a company event activities like sportsfest, Christmas Party and others.
The challengeshandling a unionized establishment was a great challenge. Fronting to CBA's and hearing employees demands, seeking more benefits and hearing employees discomfort and complaints. Handling different types of personalities of personnel may it be in managment level or staff level. But whatever it is, it gives me an opportunity to learn.
