Gaining new experiences different from what is taught in colleges
The good thingsCamaraderie is 5/5. Most employees are workable and friendly, thus adjusment is almost nil. You can be assured that someone will help you with your task and will receive good advices from your peers and superiors. Very good in gaining experiences especially if you are planning to work abroad.
The challengesTher are some seniors , especially specialist, who are not open to new ideas and concepts. Promotion opportunity is very low, even if you already gain vast experiences.

The challengesTIME is the most thing you'll have to tame to avoid frequent overtimes.

The challengesTime is gold like literally. You have to learn how to manage the given time under overlay jobs before it ends.

The good thingsYou get yourself busy all the time... Some are not just your co-employees. Once you get to know them, you might even end up as friends.
The challengesToo many workloads and sometimes your time for your family is less. If you're looking for challenges, this is the company you want to work with.

    For Entry Level Only
The good thingsIf one plans on pursuing mechanical design for a career, this company can provide you the training for that. The software used here are in demand locally and abroad.
The challengesThe ratio of workstations to employees are ridiculously low. There are times you won't be able to work on what you are doing immediately because someone from the earlier shift is using the desk and computer.

Why You Should Be Part of Yazaki-PET
The good thingsThe benefits and salary are great. Working environment is nice and so as the management and workmates. You will learn everyday and will really have a nice working experience. They have high working standards that you can adopt and will help you with your career path.
The challengesThe location is in Paranaque. Those who are from North may find it difficult to travel from their place to its location. But if you are single and can live independently, you can find apartment or rooms that are for rent near the office. But if you have family, travel may somehow be difficult for you.
