    The good thingsteam building, stress management, a little bit cooperation, assists clients, courtesy, honesty, and diligence to work... work under pressure, but can manage. Can easily adopt innovation and new set of environment.

    The good thingsOur company is able to help most Filipinos thru health insurance. Only that like other companies, not all employees will be given the chance to achieve balance in work and personal life. There will be times that our job is too hectic and stressful. However, our company is one of the most prestigious company in the whole country and there is no reason that I will not be recommending it to others.
    The challengesWhat is most challenging is that there will be times that due to high demands of need for technical support, some of our personal schedules are being compromised. Some will get mad at you without any reason and some will never understand how difficult it is to be at the technical side.
