    I did not even stay for more than 3 months in this company
    The good thingseating good food during board meetings.
    The challengeslong hours of work and very demandable bosses. will be required to attend to TWG meetings everyday - bosses will demand to present minutes on the everyday meetings - all board and TWG meetings and minutes - was not given the opportunity to be exposed in other corporate aspect of the company. no growth for lawyers.

    The good thingsI learned a lot thru the jobs i've been assigned. I was mentored by great people. I had my first set of corporate friends who are great guys. Free flowing coffee.
    The challengesThe only thing that I didn't like is the salary they give. Theur rate are way very low.

    Be Ready for Challenges
    The good things- Exposure to several financial markets: fixed income, FX Spot and equities. - Relatively small company with opportunities to be recognized by senior management for good work. - Organization culture geared towards market sustainability and integrity, which is evident in the values of the senior management.
    The challenges- Very long hours due to several projects going on at the same time as the company serves several markets - Has recently lost its strong CEO and senior management is indecisive and unable to prioritize different projects effectively. - Position in the market as a regulatory body draws harsh criticism from market players.
