    Recommendable & employees are heard and valued.
    The good thingsBeing micromanaged but properly guided. Owner is approachable.
    The challengesIt's not that I don't like, just exhausting when the schedule to travel to other municipalities or island for pooling would fall on the start day of monthly period.
