PAFCPIC is a community itself where you can find all sorts of people, yet united as one with purpose to serve. PAFCPIC provides so many benefits to its members. First it offers very affordable finanancial services to all members, there is patronage refund and great investment oppurtunity with 20% interest share capital and 4.5% annual interest on savings. Overall PAFCPIC is not just a cooperative, it is a Multi-Billion Cooperative that provides excellent services in terms of banking and finance yet despite that milestone, it never fails to remember that it start from almost nothing, that's why it is trying its best to return the favor to all members.
The challengesAt first, my only concern is how do i get along with the people in there, since I just graduated and came from a distant province, but now working at PAFCPIC is great after all. If there are challenges, maybe that is to maintain its integrity as one of the best performing Cooperative in tge country.
