    The challengesFACILITIES OF THE CASINO SHOULD BE IMPROVED TO MAKE IT WORLD CLASS, PROVIDES MORE PERK FOR THE CASINO PATRON. THE COMPANY SHOULD UPLIFT THE WORKING CONDITION OF ITS EMPLOYEES BY FOLLOWING WHAT IS MANDATED BY THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION. THE COMPANY MUST TRANSFORM ITS HR INTO PRIMED HR SO THAT EMPLOYEES WHO PERFORMS WELL WILL BE REWARDED ACCORDINGLY.
