My military training and experience helped mold me into the person I am today. The Philippine Air Force solidified my personal and professional values of structure, discipline, teamwork, and integrity. These values include “people first, collaboration, and public service to help the community obtain and maintain quality health care.

One of the well discipline and professional organization/Gov't agency in our country
The good thingsBeing a member of the organization for almost two decades there are only two things that i really enjoyed with the discipline and professionalism in our job and our primary mission which to protect our country and the Filipino people against enemy of the state. We spent all our time to train hard to be more effective in everything we do to accomplish the mission prior/or before the given time and date.
The challengesWorking in an organization like the Phil Air Force is very challenging one because the nature of work as profession of arms requires not just complete physical, emotional, and mental conditioning but complete submit of our own freewill to a so called law of perpetual constraint of their own accord.

Applying for this prestigious government company is not easy. It's not like once you blink, you're in. Entering Philippine Air Force is one of my biggest, as in, biggest dreams that is why I really did and tried my best for it to happen.
The good thingsSeeing these PAF officials and civilian employees and spending time with my bosses, fellow trainees, is worth-while and gold. Every time I walk in to the pathway, all I can feel is warmth and safety. This time, I know the real definition of hospitality, love, and respect and Philippine Air Force made me feel it. We taught each other the \"how-to's\". We laughed every time the soldiers calls me 'Grace Poe' and salutes me, kiddingly. We cheered our basketball teams and screamed whenever they made a score. My office mates loved it when I sing 'Stay' and request it again for the nth time. We shared knowledge, insights, opinions, foods, knock-knock jokes, heartaches and even the dramatic stories of our lives.
    The challengesThere's no such thing.
