Company is good to work if your just looking for a head start in your career.
The good thingsSome employees are easy to get along with.
The challengesSome employees are childish to some extent, that they don't really confront the person they're having a hard time with.

if you like working in a traditional (the closer you are to the management, the more you can benefit) company this is for you.
The good thingsemployee benefits are always priorities
The challengesemployee benefits are always priorities, but salaries are low and not given accordingly to the assigned workload (some managers are not doing bare minimum yet still earning more). Management is also confusing; they will micromanage and delay all projects and blame the employees for it. Micro-aggression management style

    It's a multi-tasking job
The good thingsJust one thing. The people inside the organization, specifically, on my department, from my immediate head up to my co-workers. They always show what teamwork is all about.
The challengesLike I said before, it's a multi-tasking job which is for me I find it hard but still manageable. Also, this job always require to meet your deadline.

Working here has taught me a lot in terms of handling a brand.
The good thingsI enjoy the people who are working here because they treat you as their own family member. You'll be abel to learn a lot with regards to marketing because your team is managing all the aspects of the brand assigned.
The challengesMost of their processes are still manual especially the processing of cash advances and allowances. I wish that there will be more opportunities in terms of adding value to their people by conducting seminars and trainings.

Cheque must be named by the employee
The good thingsThe incentives given to deserving Agent in hitting the monthly sales target
The challengesThe company should not lie to the BIR because they used different name in the cheque as commissions oneve hitting the target. The management said it is to avoid big withholding taxes.

    My Second Family
The good thingsI enjoy the work very much as I have learned a lot on headphones and other accessories that were tasked to me. I also consider this as my second family as all are united in hitting the company's goal. People are competitive know their job well.
The challengesI could have worked more on promoting the brand through on ground activities such tie ups with the clubs and outdoor parties to really get the target market of the brand. Challenging here is i need to learn to budget the marketing fund alloted and to make sure that inventory is well maintained.
